City of Vancouver (City) of its intent to contract with Interprovincial Traffic Services (ITS) to perform UPS Unit repair. The City of Vancouver Traffic Signal UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) equipment were acquired from ITS. ITS is the sole vendor that supply, service and repair Citys existing 279 Citys Traffic Signal UPS equipment. The maintenance, repair, and supply of parts are valued at approximately $14,000.00/year. The City will offer an initial one year contract with an option to renew for five (5) consecutive one year period.
