This will provide greater efficiency and minimize risk resulting in enhanced value to our clients. COVID-19 Site Specific Safety Plans and social distancing must be adhered to at all times where possible. Facial coverings must be worm by all individuals where social distancing cannot be maintained. All individuals are to follow Federal and Provincial guidelines as they relate to Covid-19 preventative measures. BGIS requires that all vendors conduct Self-screening prior to entering the building. Please do not enter the building if any of the conditions are met: You have a fever, dry cough, and / or shortness of breath. You have travelled to anywhere outside of Canada within past 14 days. You have been in close contact with someone who has or is presumed to have COVID-19. A maximum of two representatives of each Respondent, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the site visit. A Respondent is required to provide, in advance, the names of the representatives who will attend. No electronic recording devices of any kind are permitted during the site visit.
