The City of Watsonville is inviting all interested and qualified consultants with proven experience in PROFESSIONAL POLLING/PUBLIC OPINION RESEARCH SERVICES to submit proposals to develop, conduct and interpret the results of a public opinion survey of likely voters in preparation for a possible revenue ballot measure for November 2022 to improve health equity through the funding of Parks and Recreation facilities and services. The consultant will be responsible for the creation and application of the survey to the appropriate residents, as well as tabulating the results and presenting a final product to Watsonville officials in both a written report and formal presentation. The required services and performance conditions are described in the Scope of Work as detailed in the RFP found below.. This set of services will be awarded to one firm. Questions regarding this RFP should be submitted in writing and directed to Nick Calubaquib, Parks and Community Services Director, via e-mail at nick.calubaquib@cityofwatsonville.org, no later than December 31, 2021. As necessary, responses to questions will be issued via an addendum and will be available on this page. The City of Watsonville reserves the right to reject any and all proposals. The City looks forward to your response to this Request for Proposals. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
