Benton County Information Technology (BCIT) is seeking bids to procure, configure and install technology to meet the needs of the County Commissioner's Chambers at the newly renovated Kalapuya Building at 4500 Research Way, Corvallis, Oregon 97333. The Kalapuya Building rooms 123 & 124 will serve as public, divisible, and multifunctional meeting spaces. This space will support commissioner's meetings as well as public and standard meetings. There will be an Audio Video storage room that will house an equipment rack. A lobby will be used for overflow and meeting participation during large meetings. Room 124 will have a permanent Dais installed along with a desk for the Recorder and a presenter's speaker table center to the room for those who are presenting to the chamber's dais. There is a movable partition that separates rooms 123 from 124. While the rooms are separated, they should operate as basic conference rooms for presentations and conferencing.
