**As of February 8, 2022 project has been awarded to Adarand Constructors, Inc. of Colorado Springs with an awarded amount $75,851.50.** Montrose County is accepting sealed bids from qualified contractors to replace guardrail at an existing bridge. The work includes the removal of existing guardrail and the supply and installation of new guardrail as per the project plans and specifications. Award may be made to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder meeting applicable county and state procurement requirements. In reviewing the bids received, the County reserves the right to reject, for any reason whatsoever, any and all bids, and to waive any informality or irregularity in a bid. The County reserves the right to accept the bid that provides the best value to the County in the County's sole discretion. The action to award a contract is subject to approval by the Board of County Commissioners. The submission of a bid does not in any way commit the County to enter into an agreement or contract with that bidder.
