Renovation of a medical facility in Central City, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
The scope of work includes remove existing Daikin VRF HVAC System and replace with new comparable HVAC System. Includes but not limited to unit(s), ceiling cassettes, grilles, remotes, line set, update circuit panel if/ as needed, insulate drain lines and labor. A lump sum bid is to be submitted for the entire project. Bids must be in good standing with the Commonwealth of Kentucky and be qualified to meet all Local, State and Federal statutes, codes, regulations, and ordinances governing the performance of the type of work for which Bidder is submitting a Bid. Bidder assumes full responsibility for timely delivery of Bid. The MCHD proposes to award the Bid to the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder. Bidder is advised that MCHD reserves the right to reject all Bids submitted, to waive all informalities, irregularities and/or technicalities in any Bid or Bid Guaranty, to accept any Bid deemed advantageous to it; and, to negotiate changes, deletions, or additions to the Bid with the successful Bidder. Bids must be submitted on the standard form of Bid Proposal, and the successful BIDDER will be required to execute the Standard Form of Contract Agreement.
