The work to be performed under these specifications consists of upgrading the Ferry Point Sewer Pump Station in Richmond, California. The work to be performed includes, but is not limited to, providing traffic control during the construction period, clearing, grubbing, and environmental protection, demolition and removal of the existing Ferry Point Pump Station building, electrical and mechanical equipment, and all appurtenances of the existing station, and construction of the new Ferry Point Sewer Pump Station including but not limited to wetwell, valve vaults, electrical panels, generators, CMU screen wall, concrete foundations, Dornan Drive and Brickyard Cove road improvements, and asphalt concrete paving.
