Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Newnan, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The City of Newnan is soliciting bids for contracting to furnish all materials, labor, tools, equipment, and services necessary, including traffic control, for the installation of traffic signal upgrades, controller and cabinet assembly with battery backup, video detection, and related equipment for the intersection of Lower Fayetteville Road/ Newnan Crossing Boulevard East. Related construction includes the modification of existing concrete islands, the installation of concrete curb/ gutter, milling of asphalt and paving, the application of thermoplastic pavement markings and raised pavement markers, and the removal and replacement of traffic signs. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
