The Board of Supervisors of Lauderdale County, MS reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids or to award or refrain from awarding the contract for the work, whichever is deemed to be in the best interest of the Board of Supervisors of Lauderdale County. Each bidder must include with his bid, security in the amount equal to 5% of the total bid. No bid may be withdrawn after closing time for the receipt of bids for a period within 30 days.
