In general, the work consists of installing approximately 780 lineal feel of new steam box conduit and two (2) new steam pits. Work also includes installation of approximately 1300 lineal feet of ductbank and (2) new precast manholes along with miscellaneous site water and sewer modifications. Effective September 23, 2017, state prevailing wage requirements on state building projects no longer apply. These changes take effect for projects advertised for bid after September 23, 2017.
