The first item will consist of the excavation and removal of the existing foundation drainage system consisting of a 2.5-feet wide trench drain comprised of fine and coarse drainfill, as well as the perforated and non-perforated CMP collector and outfall conduits. The second item will consist of installation of a new foundation drainage system and its associated appurtenances; and backfilling the excavated subgrade to complete the embankment to its designed dimensions. The solicitation will be a 100 percent Small Business set-aside.
