The sub bid was cancelled The City of Framingham Purchasing Department in cooperation with the Capital Projects and Facilities Management invites sealed bids to furnish and install site improvements at Framingham Public Library - This project is ADA ramp replacement located at the South In case that the work of this contract is not certified by the Architect to have the temporary measures in place and Substantially complete, as defined in the GENERAL CONDITIONS, within the time established therefore, it shall be agreed and understood that the Contractor shall pay to the Owner, and the Owner may deduct from sums otherwise due and payable under the Contract, the amount of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) for each calendar day after temporary measures date and Substantial Completion date, or authorized extension thereof, was required, up to and including the date that Substantial Completion of the Contract is certified by the architect. This provision shall apply, not as a penalty, but as liquidated damages
