Demolition, site work and new construction of a civil project in Russellville, Indiana. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project includes the following Work: Construction of a new 50,000 gallon elevated welded steel water storage tank, demolition of the existing water storage tank, installation of 600 feet of new 8-inch water main with 1 new gate valve and 1 new fire hydrant and installation of 8 new gate valves by insertion valves. CTL Project No.: 210500142IND Bids are requested for the following Contracts: Division A - New 50,000 Gallons Elevated Water Storage Tank and Division B - New Water Main and Valve Installations The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids in whole or in part as specified in the solicitation when it is not in the best interest of the governmental body as determined by the purchasing agency in accordance with IC 5-22-18-2. The Owner also reserves the right to waive irregularities in any Bid, and to accept any Bid, which is deemed most favorable to the Owner.
