No bid may be withdrawn for a period of forty-five (45) days after the date for receipt of bids. Bidders must meet requirements of the State of Louisiana Contractor's Licensing Law R.S. 37:2151-2163. Preference is hereby given to materials, supplies and provisions, produced, manufactured or grown in Louisiana, quality being equal to articles offered by competitors outside of the State. Preference provided by R.S. 38:225 will be used if applicable. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids which deviate from the project plans and specifications. The Bidder hereby agrees to complete the Contract on, or before July 25, 2022
