Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Mansfield, Louisiana. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The work generally consists of the removal and replacement of asphalt and concrete pavement and base in failed areas, cleaning and sealing of various concrete joints/cracks, preparation of existing asphalt surfaces for overlay, installation of a 2" thick asphalt overlay on existing asphalt pavements, installation of new striping/markings and traffic signs, reinstallation of concrete wheel stops, etc. SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION: The Work shall commence upon Contractors receipt of a Notice to Proceed. The timeline for the work is as follows: Earliest Construction Start: May 24, 2023 Construction Substantial Completion: No later than August 1, 2023
