Renovation of an educational facility in San Diego, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 18,000-square-foot educational facility.
Full-floor office use with approximately 18,000 square feet tenant improvement at 6165 Greenwich Drive on the second floor of a three floor building. Work includes demolition, MEP upgrades, and construction of open office, private office, huddle, conference, and break room type spaces. The other floors of the building are occupied. Coordination with tenant vendors and property management is expected. ASSESSORS PARCEL No: 348-850-04 Estimated project duration is one hundred twenty-six calendar days. Bid Security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Lump Sum Base Bid, excluding alternates, shall accompany each Bid. The Surety issuing the Bid Bond shall be, on the Bid Deadline, listed in the latest published State of California, Department of Insurance, list of Insurers Admitted to Transact Surety Insurance in This State. The successful Bidder will be required to have the following California current and active contractor's license at the time of submission of the Bid: General Building Contractor, B. UC San Diego encourages the participation of Small, Disadvantaged, Minority-owned, Women-owned and Service/Disabled Veteran-owned Business Enterprises (S/D/M/W/DVBE's) and is committed to promote a diverse pool of firms for our building programs.
