The Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CAL FIRE) is seeking services necessary for the demolition, removal, and replacement of 27 windows, and all siding and soffits, at CAL FIRE Lassen-Modoc Unit Headquarters, located in Susanville, CA, in Lassen County. THROUGH END DATE December 31,2022 The Prime Bidder must provide a security deposit in an amount equal to 10% of the amount of the bid; security deposit to be in the form of a bidders bond. A. For all contracts exceeding $10,000, Contractor shall furnish a Performance Bond on a standard bond company form, in an amount not less than one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price. B. For all contracts exceeding $25,000, Contractor shall furnish a Payment Bond on form STD. 807 in an amount not less than one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price.
