Base Bid for the demolition and renovation of the restrooms, showers, and changing rooms. The Base Bid for this project also consists of furnishing and installing outdoor electrical system upgrades. The Owner may at any time, as the need arises, order changes within the scope of the Work without invalidating the Agreement. If such changes increase or decrease the amount due under the Contract Documents, or in the time required for performance of the Work, an equitable adjustment shall be authorized by Change Order. The Engineer, also, may at any time, by issuing a Field Order, make changes in the details of the Work. The Contractor shall proceed with the performance of any changes in the Work so ordered by the Engineer unless the Contractor believes that such Field Order entitles him to a change in Contract Price or Time, or both, in which event he shall give the Engineer Written Notice thereof within seven (7) days after the receipt of the ordered change. Thereafter, the Contractor shall document the basis for the change in Contract Price or Time within thirty (30) days. The Contractor shall not execute such changes pending the receipt of an executed Change Order or further instruction from the Owner. Construct work as described in the Contract Documents. 1. Provide materials, equipment, and incidentals required to make the project completely operable. 2. Provide the labor, equipment, tools, and consumable supplies required for a complete project. 3. Test and place the completed project in operation. 4. Provide the special tools, spare parts, lubricants, supplies, or other materials as required for the operation and maintenance of the Project. 5. Specifications may not indicate or describe all of the work required to complete the project. Additional details required for the completion of the project are to be provide by the Contractor and coordinated with the Engineer.
