Renovation and addition to a water / sewer project in Lafayette, Colorado. Completed plans call for the expansion of a wastewater treatment plant.
Project No. DN49,433-125-R1 The Work includes, but is not limited to, furnishing labor, materials, and equipment for the construction of the following: o Chemical Storage Building adjacent to existing Centrifuge Building o Lime Building and equipment adjacent to existing Headworks Building o Addition of new treatment train, including Primary Clarifier, Aeration Basin, Secondary Clariflocculator, and related upgrades to the existing Blower/Sludge Handling Building east of East County Line Road o Advanced Water Treatment Pump Station at the former chlorine contact basin site o Advanced Water Treatment Campus west of East Country Line Road, including Hydraulic Control Building, Flow Equalization Tank, two Tertiary Clariflocculators, Filtration Building, Backwash Holding Basin, and Waste Sludge Building o Associated yard piping, including four crossings of East County Line Road o Site drainage improvements and final grading o Site improvements, including asphalt paving, fencing, walks, and seeding o All other items necessary to complete the project, including mobilization/demobilization, site restoration, traffic control, erosion and sediment control, permitting, and other items as detailed in the Contract Documents
