See attachments for construction documents & installation specs. The contractor will be responsible for all permits, traffic control plan and locates associated with this project. Each tree needs to be pruned by an ISA Certified Arborist prior to start of construction. Please take note of "Tree Protection Notes & Side Notes" Bonding Requirements - Performance Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % ALL BIDS IN EXCESS OF $50,000 WILL REQUIRE BOTH PERFORMANCE & PAYMENT BONDS IN AN EQUAL TO 100% OF CONTRACT PRICE PER CITY OF LAFAYETTE CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT & GENERAL CONDITIONS. **BLANK COPY OF APPLICABLE CONTRACT IS ATTACHED IN DOCUMENT SECTION FOR REVIEW.
