The WORK includes removal of existing storm drain pipe, placement of 48" O RCP, placement of rip rap, dredging existing ditch and hauling off excavated spoils, placement of roadbase, and hydroseeding. The City of Orem (City) is accepting sealed proposals from qualified and licensed contractors for the Taylor Drain Project. This proposal will include all construction work required to dredge out the existing Taylor Drain ditch at the locations outlined in the attached construction drawings, details and specifications. It is anticipated that construction for this project will be completed by May 1, 2022. The City of Orem reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or any part of any proposal if it is deemed to be in the best interests of the City. The City assumes no obligation or liability for costs incurred by the responding firms prior to issuance of a contract. All proposals and all information submitted as part of or attached to any proposal shall become the property of the City. Upon review, the contractor best meeting the needs of the City will be contacted for further action.
