The purpose of this solicitation is to solicit responses to enter into a purchase contract with a qualified vendor to obtain the products and services listed for Utah Valley University. After reviewing the submitted responses, the University may choose not to proceed with the procurement All items must be new with a manufacturers warranty. All items must include shipping costs in item cost. Contracts may be awarded as a split award if it is in the best interest for the University. Cost is to be provided as a cost per unit per the specifications. Unit prices must include delivery to the University. Cost shall include any discounts available for educational, governmental, and/or non-profit organizations. Please note the state/university contract that each item is available under. Internal University teams are scheduled to begin installing and using this equipment as soon as possible. The University understands that supply chains are still in a state of disruption and not all items may be able to be delivered in this timeframe. However, the University reserves the right to award items based on ability to provide full supply and delivery date, in addition to cost, in order to meet the University's schedule for installation. Vendors should provide estimated delivery dates for all items.
