Description

Site work and paving for a civil project in Plainfield charter Township, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

The project consists of furnishing required material and constructing the following in accordance with the contract documents: - 5,070 feet of 16-inch water main, 1,000 feet of 12-inch water main and 860 feet of 8-inch water main including fittings, hydrants, valves and water services. - Approximately 1,800 feet of partial road reconstruction. Including all necessary appurtenances and restoration. Water main materials to be furnished by Owner are listed in Appendix A and identified in the Bid Proposal. A bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check payable to Plainfield Charter Township in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total price shall accompany each bid. This surety shall bind the bidder for a period of ninety (90) days after the receipt of bids. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities in bidding. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for receiving bids for at least ninety (90) days thereafter.
