Contractor must provide proof of Liability Insurance and Builders Risk Insurance. All work must be met the following codes: 2018 International Residential Code, Energy Requirements according to Texas Health and Safety Code Chapter 388, 2306.514 for accessibility , all local building codes, standards and specifications.
