Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, and materials, travel and incidentals required to test, identify, and reduce contamination; neutralize waste; and remove, transport, and legally dispose of waste substances and other materials generated at the Caltrans maintenance facilities or sites designated within District 12 (Orange County). The bidder must have, at time of bid submittal and for the duration of this Agreement, a valid, current California Environmental Protection Agency (CalEPA) ID, Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC), Hazardous Waste Transporter Registration (Chapter 6.5, Division 20 Health and Safety Code (H&SC) and CCR, Title 22, Division 4.5 The bidder must have, at time of bid submittal and for the duration of this Agreement, a valid, current Hazardous Material Certificate of Registration (US Department of Transportation (DOT), Title 49, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 107, Subpart G) Bidder shall be registered at the time of bid and throughout duration of contract with the Department of Industrial Relation (DIR). The bidder must have, at time of bid submittal and for the duration of this Agreement, a valid, current California Department of Motor Vehicles Motor Carrier Permit and MCS-90. The bidder must have, at time of bid submittal and for the duration of this Agreement, a valid, current California Department of Resources Recycling and Recovery Waste Tire Hauler Registration.
