Elements of the Project include - A new section of sidewalk on the east side of Elm Street from Allen Street to the intersection of Elm Street and Elm Terrace (approximately 250 linear feet); A newly constructed widened section of sidewalk on Elm Terrace connecting to the intersection of Elm Street and Elm Terrace (approximately 60 linear feet); Construction of new bus stop waiting areas on the east and west sides of Elm Street and Elm Terrace (for the northbound and southbound buses) with new concrete pads, a crosswalk, signs, and curb ramps; A new bus shelter with a bike rack at the bus stop on the east side; A new shelter at the bus stop on the west side; and An improved curb-ramp on the east side of the intersection of Elm Street and Allen Street
