Site work for a mixed-use development in Bonifay, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.
Holmes District School board is accepting proposals for drainage work to be completed at Bethlehem High School's baseball field Install a French Drain system approximately 500' long along the west side of the existing baseball field. The drainpipe will be 24" perforated pipe with sock backfilled with appropriate river rock and sand adequate for the size pipe. 3 Type C concrete inlets with grates will be installed. The piping will outfall into an improved open ditch lined with rip rap leading to an existing swamp on the north side of the baseball field. The contractor will be responsible for all work necessary to complete installation of drain system including exaction of trench, backfilling with topsoil, and seeding when work is completed to prevent erosion. General 1. All work is to comply with the local building and regulations. 2. The contractor will rectify any damage to all areas on completion of the work. 3. The contractor shall supply all materials and labor in order to complete the work. 4. All waste material shall be taken from site and disposed of by the contractor. 5.
