The project consists of the rehabilitation of an approximate 4,000 square-foot commercial parking area. The project scope includes underground electrical, minimal landscaping and sidewalk improvements along a state highway. Project duration is 60 days for substantial completion with an additional 30 days for final completion. Contractors bidding on the project shall have a minimum 5 years' experience successfully completing projects of similar size, nature and complexity. The project is located in Bonifay, FL northeast of the SR 79 and Pennsylvania Avenue intersection. The bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. The bid will be awarded at the following council meeting.
