Site work and paving for a civil project in North Buffalo Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The project includes the furnishing and installation of approximately 1,000 L.F. of 6" PVC water line, 900 L.F. of 4" PVC water line, four 8" gate valves, five 6" gate valves, four 4" gate valves, one 1" manual air relief valve, 1 fire hydrant and related appurtenances, including roadway and driveway restoration. Project Location: Manor Township, Armstrong County, PA. Work to be performed along Bishop Hill Road and Coal Street, beginning with connections at Garretts Run Road (S.R. 2025). Anticipated Contract Award Date: February 3, 2022 Proposed Start Date: March 3, 2022 Estimated Completion Date: July 1, 2022 Construction Schedule: Work shall be completed within 120 calendar days following issuance of a Notice to Proceed. Bids will be accepted only from Bidders who have obtained official sets of Bidding Documents from Bankson Engineers, Inc. and who are on Bankson Engineers, Inc.'s list of planholders.
