The City of Omro will receive sealed bids for 2022 sanitary sewer lining The contract letting shall be subject to the provisions of section 62.15, 66.29 and 66.23 Wis. Stats. Requires 5% Bid Bond. No bid shall be withdrawn after the opening of the bids without the consent of the City of Omro for a period of sixty (60) days from the scheduled time of the closing of the bids. The City of Omro reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in the bidding process. Send affidavits of publication. The intent of this work is to provide for the reconstruction of pipelines and conduits by the installation of a resin-impregnated flexible tube via a process commonly referred to as Cured-ln-Place-Pipe (CIPP). This tube shall be inverted into the original pipeline/conduit and expanded to fit tightly against said pipeline by the use of water or air pressure. The resin system shall then be cured by elevating the temperature of the water or air used for the inflation to a level sufficient for the initiators in the resin to effect a thermosetting reaction.
