For Stapleton Park Proposed Pump Station - The Project as a whole consists of construction the City's proposed Stapleton Park Pump Station. Major items of work generally include construction of new lift station, sanitary sewer, force main, electrical and controls. Site work improvements consist of equipment pad foundation, concrete, and asphalt driveway. Notice to Proceed - February 14, 2022 Substantial Completion - May 31, 2022 Final Completion - June 31, 2022 Site Work & Excavation includes, but is not limited to: This contract includes demolition, excavating, backfilling, grading, compacting, top-soiling, soil erosion control, pavement saw cutting and removals, lift station installation, HMA paving, concrete, site restoration, underground utilities and related work. Obtain SESC permit. Provide and maintain soil erosion and sedimentation control measures in conformance with the issued SESC permit for the duration of the Project. Removal of all SESC measures once vegetation is reestablished. All associated costs are the responsibility of the Site Work & Excavation Contractor Provide new concrete lift station and valve vault. Cast Owner/CM provided access hatches into top slab. Coordinate layout with Mechanical Contractor. Provide all site excavation, compacted granular fill, backfill, grading and restoration. Including all excavation and grade preparation for HMA and concrete. Provide over excavation as required. Provide all HMA paving, including sand subbase and gravel base. Provide all concrete and equipment pads, including sand base. Mechanical includes, but is not limited to: This contract includes installation of pumps, valves, discharge piping and related work. Install Owner/CM provided pumping system. Provide discharge piping from pump base through valve vault. Extend forcemain a minimum of 2-feet beyond concrete valve vault. Coordinate forcemain location and excavation with Site Work & Excavation Contractor. Provide stainless steel anchor bolts and hardware necessary for installation of all items. Painting includes, but is not limited to: This contract includes all painting, coating systems, and related work. Paint all discharge piping within the wet well and valve vault. Apply coating system to the pre-cast concrete within the wet well, valve vault and downstream manhole. Electrical includes, but is not limited to: This contract includes installation of all motors and electric devices, all outlets and fixtures, underground conduit, control panel and related work. Obtain required temporary construction permits and special inspections. Provide electrical installation of control panel. Coordinate with Systems Integrator and Owner/CM. Provide all underground conduit and wiring. Excavation and backfill to facilitate installation of underground conduit is the responsibility of the Sitework & Excavation Contractor Systems Integrator includes, but is not limited to: Provide PLC Programming for the new equipment. Coordinate PLC Programming work with the Electrical Contractor and panel supplier. Pumping System and Control Package: Provide pumps, guiderails, brackets, bases, lifting chains, access hatches, isolation and check valves, pressure gauge assemblies, float switches, radar level sensor, control panel with KISM monitoring, manual transfer switch and generator receptacle.
