The existing building consists of one level containing both office (Occupancy Type B) and production floor (Occupancy Type F) and has separate men's and women's facilities. The repairs are limited to the renovation and expansion of the men's and women's restrooms off the production floor as well as the addition of a new janitor's room. There is no change to building exterior, use and/or occupancy. Renovation complies with requirements for a level 2 alteration based on OSSC 2019 Chapter 34, Section 3408. Alterations include all finishes, fixtures, equipment, personnel and transportation.
