Physical bids will not be accepted. Due to the current COVID -19 pandemic, large public gatherings are not permitted by law. Scope of Work of the Contract includes the following: approximately 3,315 LF 6-inch thru 16" waterline; 3,596 LF 6-inch thru 12-inch sanitary sewer; and 3,678 LF 24-inch thru 84'' storm sewer., 11,457 S.Y. of 6-inch concrete pavement, 1,895 S.Y. 7-inch concrete pavement. Bids received after the closing time will not be accepted. Attendance by each prospective bidder or its representative at the pre-bid conference is OPTIONAL. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive all defects and irregularities in bidding or bidding process except time of submitting a Bid. The Successful Bidder, if any, will be the responsible Bidder which in the Board's judgment will be most advantageous to the District and result in the best and most economical completion of the Project.
