The Eastern Rio Blanco Metropolitan Recreation and Park District ("ERBM"), a political subdivision of the State of Colorado, is inviting proposals from qualified General Contractors for the Lower Parking Lot Asphalt Replacement Project located at Meeker Recreation Center 101 Ute Rd. in Meeker, Colorado. Bids must be clearly marked ERBM-MRC Parking Lot Asphalt Project. ERBM reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids. Each proposal shall be reviewed and considered consistent to adopted ERBM Fiscal Policies and Procedures. The Project generally consists of, but is not limited to, the following Milling and Finishing 26,385.18 Sq. Ft of Parking Lot and Service Lanes Millings will be Spread on Existing Service Lanes on Site; Existing Parking Lot Striping will be Duplicated on Finished Product; Paving of Following Surfaces will be: Trash Service Lane 6", All Other Areas 3" Project will be Initiated and Completed Between Monday, May 23-Saturday, May 28 2022
