Contractor shall submit a work schedule with bid. Buyer Preferences, Guidelines & Requirements General Requirements - Bid Deposit Required - Insurance Required Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % Each bid must include a certified check or cashier's check in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid, made payable to Rio Blanco County, or by a bid bond in like amount executed by a surety company. The Rio Blanco County Board of County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all bids; to waive any informalities in bids; and to accept the bid that, in the opinion of the Board, is in the best interest of the County of Rio Blanco, State of Colorado. The County also reserves the right to negotiate changes in product specifications with the successful vendor.
