Buyer Preferences, Guidelines & Requirements General Requirements - Bid Deposit Required - Insurance Required Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % Each bid must include a certified check or cashier's check in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid, made payable to Rio Blanco County, or by a bid bond in like amount executed by a surety company. The Rio Blanco County Board of County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all bids; to waive any informalities in bids; and to accept the bid that, in the opinion of the Board, is in the best interest of the County of Rio Blanco, State of Colorado.
