Rio Blanco County (the County or Sponsor) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications and Experience from consulting firms to provide professional airport engineering and design services for the RBC Meeker Airport - Coulter Field (EEO) located at 912 East Market Street Meeker, Colorado 81641 and the RBC Rangely Airport (4VO) located at 2248 East Main Street, Rangely Colorado 81648. One Consultant will be selected for the two airports. The Sponsor and Consultant will be entering into an agreement for engineering services for a period up to five (5) years. Projects may include engineering and design services pertaining to the following projects.
