Renovation of a municipal facility in Cle Elum, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
THE PROJECT: o A pole building structure located at 1009 E. Third St., Cle Elum, WA 98922 o Building is approximately 70' x 40' x 15' tall with a 4:12 gable end pitched roof. BID SPECIFICATIONS: All labor, materials, tax and licenses to insulate the pole building described above to the following specifications: o All exterior walls R-21 batt with WMP Facing using pins to hold in place. o Entire vaulted ceiling with 2" of closed-cell foam and a thermal barrier paint. Bidders are encouraged to complete a site visit but is not required. Please call city hall at (509) 674-2262 for delivery options.
