The Scranton School District will receive sealed bids for the West Scranton Intermediate School Temporary Parking Lot Installation project. Bidders must supply the following information with their request for documents: Company name, contact person, complete address, phone and fax numbers, and email address. This Project is subject to the Federal Davis-Bacon Act, Approved March 3, 1931, 40 U.S.C. ^3141-3148, as amended and supplemented, and reference is made to the wage rates applicable to this Project. Bids shall conform to all requirements as more fully set forth in the Contract Documents, including, inter alia, compliance with all applicable laws and regulations The Work will be substantially completed on or before August 12, 2022, and ready for final payment in accordance with paragraph 14.07 of the General Conditions on or before August 26, 2022. 1. Notice to Proceed: On or before February 17, 2022. 2. Commence with administrative tasks including, but not limited to schedule, submittals, permits, procure materials, etc.: on or before February 18, 2022. 3. Start work: March 15, 2022
