A timeline for award has not yet been established.** CITY OF SCRANTON Office of Community Development Demolition of Hazardous Structures Spring 2022 Work is to be performed in accordance with the Specifications Book which can be obtained digitally by request from Miranda Pace at mpace@scrantonpa.gov. All bids must be accompanied by a bid bond with a corporate surety authorized to do business in Pennsylvania, in accordance with the project specifications in the amount of 10% of the total bid amount. A Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder as detailed in the Instructions to Bidders.
