Scope of Work: Demolition and excavation of existing lot, compaction of subgrade, placement of new pavement structure and line striping for proposed parking lot, along with a proposed rain garden. Interested Contractors must email their full name, address, date of birth and company name to Tony Grizzanti at KBA Engineering, p.c. at grizzanti@kbapc.net by 5:00 p.m. on May 25, 2022, to be put on a clearance list.Following Clearance, plans and specs will be electronically sent to Contractor. All prospective bidders should allocate at least one hour to review project requirements. The Office of Community Development under the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) will partially fund this CDBG project. Davis Bacon rates apply.
