The Scranton Housing Authority, City of Scranton, Lackawanna County, Pennsylvania is seeking Request for Proposals, in duplicate, to contract for Professional Architectural and Engineering Services to provide preparation of plans and specifications for bidding on replacing approximately 925 entrance doors and approximately 4,027 windows at Hilltop Manor, Bangor Heights, Riverside and Jackson Terrace Developments.
