Renovation of a multi-residential development in Scranton, Pennsylvania. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
The Scranton Housing Authority, City of Scranton, Lackawanna County, Pennsylvania is seeking Request for Proposals, in duplicate, to contract for Professional Architectural and Engineering Services to provide preparation of plans and specifications for bidding on replacing approximately 925 entrance doors and approximately 4,027 windows at Hilltop Manor, Bangor Heights, Riverside and Jackson Terrace Developments. Other services shall include preparing estimates, meetings with Authority Staff, reviewing bids, holding job meetings, approving applications for payment and submittals. roposals will be held in confidence and not released in any manner until after contract award.Any questions shall be directed to John Cappelloni at 570-348-4414.
