All communications regarding technical, scope, and/or project related questions and requests for clarifications, changes, exceptions, and deviations to the terms and conditions set forth in this ITB shall be submitted via "Q&A" through the City's e-Procurement Portal, before the deadline of 4:00 pm on Thursday, October 5, 2023 and according to these specifications herein. The City of Scranton is planning playground renovations at Oakmont Park along Debbie Drive in Scranton's Oakmont Neighborhood. They seek to purchase a 24' vinyl gazebo for this project. The consultant team of McLane Associates and Colwell-Naegele Associates will work with the chosen supplier to coordinate final details and delivery to meet the City's needs. Provide a quote for a shelter (octagonal or dodecagonal; 24' diameter), as well as, a quote for on-site installation, if applicable. Use attached form.
