Renovation of a stadium in Binghamton, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.

Multiple Prime Contracts (4) for All Labor and Material for Phase 2 PDL Improvements at Mirabito Stadium in accordance with the Contract Documents dated August 8, 2022. The work involves Home and Visitor Clubhouse Modifications and Right Field Batting Cage Building Addition(s). Note: This is a Prevailing Wage Project. Site location: Mirabito Stadium - 211 Henry Street - Binghamton, New York 13902 The Prime Contract Bid Packages are: Bid Package GC General Construction Bid Package M Mechanical Bid Package P Plumbing Bid Package E Electrical Please contact Dataflow at Binghamton@goDataflow.com or (607) 772-2001 with any questions on how to obtain a bid package. The local Dataflow is located at 19 South Washington Street, Binghamton, NY 13901. Documents will be available on or after August 8, 2022. Each Bid Package will have a separate Bid Packet to submit Bid. Hard Copies of Plans and Specifications are the responsibility of the Contractors and ordering printed sets without registering and paying for the electronic access noted below is not sufficient to become a registered bidder of record. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to award the contract in the best interests of the City of Binghamton, New York.
