Vineyard City requests a quote from contractors to grub vegetative areas, remove surcharge material, and grade and compact the worksite for the upcoming Water Tank Project The project is generally described as follows: Grub vegetated areas and invasive trees, remove approximately 28,000 cubic yards of surcharge materials, grade and compact approximately 7,000 cubic yards of the material on site per grading plan, and haul and stockpile the remainder of the materials to a site within Vineyard approximately one mile away. The start of this work is contingent upon obtaining desired settlement results of the existing surcharge materials. It is anticipated for this to be achieved before the end of year 2021 and this project to be completed before the end of January 2022. Once a notice to proceed is given, the work will need to be completed in a timely manner to allow for the next phase of the project to start.
