Site work and new construction of a medical facility in Vineyard, Utah. Completed plans call for the construction of a 272,000-square-foot medical facility; and for site work for a medical facility.
Construction broke ground on April 8, 2025. Site work had already begun in November 2024. Vertical construction will commence June 26,2025. It is expected to open in the Fall of 2028. Huntsman Cancer Institute's Comprehensive Cancer Center in Vineyard will open to patients in fall 2028. Layton Construction was selected as the contractor on the 272,000-square-foot facility, which was designed by Architectural Nexus, alongside campus design and landscape architecture partner Sasaki. The facility is located within the Utah City development in Vineyard, Utah. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- As of February 28, 2025, sitework has begun. A general contractor has been selected. A ceremonial groundbreaking is planned for April 2025.
