Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Alamosa, Colorado. Conceptual plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The following is a list of the work required by not limited to: Design of reconfiguration. Work with the City for Approval of design. Provide District with signed and stamped construction documents. Attend Construction Pre-Bid meeting to answer design questions. During construction provide Inspections of Reconfigured Loop. District to hire 3rd party Inspector for all concrete, substrate compaction and quality control. All onsite personnel must pass a background check. Liability Insurance Coverage is required. No Bonds required. Alamosa Public Schools reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and according to BOE policies is not required to accept the lowest bid. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
