Renovation of a water / sewer project in Oxnard, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Receiving this notice because you are on the City of Oxnard list of companies designated to be notified of new projects by City of Oxnard. The 2018 edition of the Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction and the 2019 Errata No. 1 to the Standard Specification for Public Works Construction 2018 Edition (collectively the Green book) is incorporated by this reference. As more specifically described in the Contract Documents, the Project includes furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment and other incidental and appurtenant Work to replace all four (4) variable frequency drives at Blending Station No. 3 located at the intersection of Solar Drive and Wankel Way in Oxnard. Each Bid must be accompanied by Bid security as described in the Instructions to Bidders in the Contract Documents. Upon Contract award, the successful Bidder shall provide both Payment and Performance Bonds-each at 100% of the Contract Price. This Bid security must be in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total Bid submitted. Bid security will likely be held until the Contract is executed. Contractor must complete all Work within two hundred (200) Working Days of the Citys Notice to Proceed. There will be a $500 assessment for each Calendar Day that Work remains incomplete beyond the Project completion deadline. Blending Station No. 3 located at the intersection of Solar Drive and Wankel Way in Oxnard.
