Renovation of a mixed-use development in Oxnard, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Engineer's Estimate - $450,000 The Contractor is responsible for all labor, material, and equipment required to perform the roof replacements and fall protection installation at the Expanded Learning Opportunity Program Building (ELOP). Refer to manufacture specifications, industry standards and technical specifications for further details on scope of work. The Contractor is also responsible for providing a secure containment area during roof replacement work. The containment area shall be coordinated and approved by the District prior to the containment being set up In accordance with the provisions of California Public Contract Code 3300, the District requires that Bidders possess the following classification(s) of California Contractors License at the time that the Contract for the Work is awarded: C-39. The last RFI to be received by the District shall be 5:00pm, Thursday, October 26, 2023. Verbal communication by either party with regard to this matter is invalid. Inquiries shall be sent to: Dana Miller, Director of Facilities, at dmiller@oxnardsd.org. Emails shall use "Roofing Project - ELOP BLDG." in the subject line.
