The Newton County Commission is seeking bids for road building materials for the Newton County Common and Special Road Districts. The Newton County Commission will accept sealed bids clearly marked Bid 2022-02 Culverts, Bid 2022-03 Concrete, Bid 2022-05 Road Aggregates, Bid 2022-06 Road Oil-CRS, Bid 2022-07 Road Oil-MC, Bid 2022-08 Hot Mix, Bid 2022-09 Cold Mix, 2022-11 Transportation. Sealed bids must be received no later than the above deadline and must contain enough comprehensive information for evaluation. Any bid not received at the appointed time shall be disqualified. Newton County will not accept any emailed bids, collect calls, COD shipments or postage due mailings. The County Commission reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids. Questions relating to this bid shall be referred to Commissioner Alan Cook at 417-451-8201. The bid invitation and specifications are available at the office of the Newton County Commission located in the Newton County Courthouse, Neosho, Missouri 64850.
